How Can a Truck Driver Start Working With You?
Simply complete the Carrier Form and the Carrier Agreement at the end of the carrier form to begin. Once completed, we will contact you to go over a few details about yourself and from there we will start booking loads for you the next day.
Do I need my Own MC Authority and DOT to get Started?
You do need to have your own MC Authority and DOT to get started with us, but in some situations, we can pair you with someone in our network that is willing to let you run under their MC and DOT. So the answer is YES and NO. Either way, we can get you started.
What Kind of Trucking Companies Do You work with?
We work with all kinds of trucking companies. There are no limits as it relates to the type of trucking companies we work with. We are only concerned with their work ethics and are they good trucking companies or not.
What Kinds of Equipment do you Dispatch?
We dispatch Box Trucks, Dry Vans, Hot Shots, Power Only, Reefers, Step Decks and all sorts of trucks that operate on the road. We are not limited at all.
Where do you find Freight for Carriers?
We use DAT, 123 Load Board, Truck Stop and Freight Finder. We also utilize our brokers to find loads for us on a regular basis. Our dispatchers know the game and consistently hunt down loads that are built for the carrier and their specific trucking business needs.
Who signs the rate confirmations on behalf of the Carrier?
As your independent dispatcher, we are legally bound by agreement to sign the rate confirmations on behalf of our carriers via a limited Power of Attorney that is signed by the carrier during the onboarding process.
How many Trucks does each dispatcher handle?
None of our dispatchers will handle more than (3) three carriers at a time. This is to ensure that each dispatcher can give the same attention to each carrier without being swamped and overwhelmed with too many carriers at the same time.
Will I need to create an Invoice each time a Load is Finalized?
No, our team will create the Invoice and bill it to the carrier for the agreed upon 10% per load.
